• Emergency Fleet: Deployed specialized CNG and tricycle ambulances.

North-East Geopolitical Zone

• Mental & Reproductive Health: Built a 50-bed Mental Health and Drug Rehabilitation Centre in Borno State and established an Infertility and Assisted Reproductive Technology Centre in Bauchi State.
• Oncology: Initiated regional rollout of the NSIA-Healthcare Expansion Programme.

North-Central Geopolitical Zone

• Specialist & Emergency Commissions: Inaugurated the Bola Tinubu Specialist Complex in Abuja and launched the National Emergency Medical Service and Ambulance System (NEMSAS) fleet.
• Primary Health: Expanded BHCPF allocations and deployed community health fellows.

South-West Geopolitical Zone

• Supply Chain & Emergency: Commissioned the Lagos Immunisation Supply Chain Hub in Oshodi and deployed CNG-powered regional ambulances along corridors like Lekki–Epe.
• Oncology: Expanded advanced cancer and diagnostic capabilities via LUTH integration.

South-South Geopolitical Zone

• Infrastructure & Care: Commissioned an oncology and radiotherapy center in Edo State, a new Laboratory Complex at the University of Uyo Teaching Hospital in Akwa Ibom State, and revamped community clinics in Delta State.

South-East Geopolitical Zone

• Clinical & Diagnostic Facilities: Commissioned an oncology and diagnostic center in Enugu State, inaugurated the new Administrative Complex at the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, and expanded maternal-child health initiatives.
