I would be studying @ brunel University this Sept too.

1. Just be patient about the payment bcuz even mine took about 3 or 4 days before they confirmed my payment and sent me d CAS
4. I am also staying with my Uncle and that's not an issue

Oh cool!
1. I'm hoping by the time the school resumes after the bank holiday tomorrow, my payment would have been sorteÐ out.

You've applied for visa then? Goodluck with that. Did you have to take the IELTs?

Thank you for your replies @ Don Xavier, Justwise.

Right now, I'm trying to fill my form so once I get my CAS, I'd just complete it and submit asap. A few snags tho:
1. I took IELTs and there's a space for award reference no. I'm assuming that would be my test report form no but the boxes are less than d alpha-numeric ielts form no. What do I do?
2. Can I print out my statement off my internet bankng portal?

Donxavier:

1. Have you already paid? Call the school and find out if you can still pay. If you have paid, then await your CAS. I dunno about bogus tactic, but I do know these schools need money, so anything can happen.
2. Penalized for what? And by whom? If you mean can you still apply, Yes. Just get an extension from your school and attach the letter to your Visa application.
3. NO. But I hope the 7200p is the required money you need. This suggest you have paid the full tuition and your school is outside London.

4.NO. You must have your maintenance fees and show it.
Thanks @ DonXavier
1. Yes, I paid on 22nd/23rd aug in 2 tranches via gtb online transfer. I haven't gotten confirmation from the school tho, just got an email saying my transfer has been processed but I'm guessing I'll have to wait till monday to know if the beneficiary bank (hsbc) has gotten my payment.

2. You mean after getting my CAS, I should ask for an extension to be sent along with my visa application?.

3. Yes the required maintenance fee is gbp7200. GBP800 for a max of 9months for outer london and the school tho a part of west london is classiifed as 'outer london'. I didn't know the 7200 covered accomodation as well x_x

Hi everyone,
I have a couple issues I'd like to clarify;
1. I have a conditional offer for Brunel Uni but haven't gotten my CAS because my school fees hasn't been confirmed yet. I was told the deadline to meet offer conditions is really just a bogus tactic and my admission won't be revoked. Is this true? (Deadline was 24the august)
2. My 28-days maintenance fee requirement will be due on 1st september and school resumes on 24th september, I know it's late but am I gonna be penalized for that?
3. I have slightly above the 7200 (in ₦) in my gtb personal savings account. Several other personal deposits and withdrawals have been made but I have maintanined the balance of 7200+. Will there be any consequence as a result of the withdrawals?
4. I intend to stay with my aunt whom I've stayed with on previous visits to the uk hence I won't be paying accomodation fees. Is there a way I can't show this in my application?

I'd be grateful if my questions are answred. Thanks!
