If you cannot find peace with your spouse of 15 years, what makes you think you will find peace with another woman/man after the divorce? Husband and wife, please look inwards, be honest and seek your spouse's good. Above all, seek GOD's pleasure above your own selfish desires and you will find the right solution. The woman needs to see a gynaecologist. I endured this excruciating dysmenorrhea until my gynaecologist worked on my hormones. For me, I would pray for GOD's healing and knock myself out with strong analgesics like Feldene and sometimes Ibuprofen. I finally got the much needed relief after I had a fibroid operation. Don't take chances with your health; see a good gynaecologist and do cut down on sugars.
