Beremx tried her best as a human being and we don't expect her to be perfect. The students who refused to acknowledge receipt should be blamed if at all we should because acknowledgement of receipt is EASIER than sending mails and student I.D to Beremx yesterday.
Out of the 31 beneficiaries ( predominantly students) 14 students acknowledged receipt, then 2 others who are not students making a total of 16, and not acknowledging receipt means the process is not completed.

NB: we should all stay tuned, I believe one way or the other we shall still have small bread to share here.
