All El-Rufai needs do is to team up with Obi and take his campaign to every nook and cranny of the core north, while Obi does his' in the south and middle-belt. So, an Obi/El-Rufai ticket will suffice.

Seems Benue finally has a "working and functional" governor after many years of failed leadership.
