Pls can you share the salary structure cuz most of you guys required the service of an accountant that will perform the role of admin/HR and still will negotiate peanuts cuz your feel there are lots of graduates out there.

It sounds like telling God to kill Adam and Eve after they both sinned and create another perfect human.

Someone told me that the number of applicants for this recruitment exercise are not much!
I'm yet to know, how true is the comment.

No one knows the highest score yet for both EH & GT.

Let's watch patiently and pray that the interview come immediately cuz most times long duration btw assessment test and interview are period of compromise.

My opinion:

SHL mathematics usually has more of charts, tables, statistics, etc. It's usually used for recruitments for finance, consulting companies, etc. It could sometimes be a bit difficult if you don't have a mathematical background.

GMAT is more of normal/general english and maths, logical reasoning, etc.

For SHL format, check out the PWC grad trainee thread.

GMAT is usually used by Dragnet and most other recruitment companies. You can download GMAT past questions online.

I personally found SHL easier and more predictable. However, it could be more time-consuming than GMAT.

With sufficient practice pf past questions, you'll get used to some shortcuts that may help you manage time better.

What is the difference between shl test and GMAT test?
Which one seems more complicated and time consuming.

I have an upcoming test and the recruiter is asking I go through shl test format.

I just need some guidance on how to really scale through though.
