Thank you sir for the response, with my NCE certificate I got a direct entry into FUTMinna where I later got my B.Tech, my ECA report is still under processing and is not ready yet.

Hello Everyone.
Please I have a question, can anyone explain what "two or more certificates, diplomas or degree" means, I have an NCE Certificate from FCET Akoka which is a 3 years program and also a B.Tech from FUTMinna, can I select this option?

If your school has your certificate, they should send it along side the transcripts. But if not, you can send it via hello fax.

Its good to be a part of this lovely group, my question is this; when applying for my ECA report through WES, do I send my certificates along with their transcripts to WES or just the transcripts alone, which will be sent by my institution of learning.

If you're using WES, it's a mandatory requirement that you will evaluate both your WAEC and Degree certificate at same time. You can try ICES or IQAS these organizations don't require your high school diploma (WAEC) prior to evaluation.
