I think you should reapply to same school and same program to avoid reapplying for new study permit, you will only need to send the new offer letter to IRCC via webform. If you want to change your school, you will have to apply for new study permit with the new offer letter from the school because tuition can't be the same.

The school is no longer accepting applications from Nigeria

I was told when you get to the point of entry in Montreal canada, you may have to put in another application for study permit due to the change in DLI. How true is this plz?

I'm asking because I have a study visa already. Before my visa came out, the school had already cancelled my program and they said there is no option for deferment.

I got approval after my enrollment date has passed. Unfortunately for me, the school has withdrawn my admission and there is no deferral option for me even up to year 2025. I don't know what to do next. Please anyone with advice on the way forward should please come to my rescue.
