I bought the strong HD decoder9640. But I seem not to be getting any new channel. All the channels I have in my standard difinition *re still the one I have.I am not an expert. I need someone to help me with frequency that will give me new channel. I am using intelsat?, 10k and 28.2e astra2a2b2d
