ARE WE GOING TO WAIT FOR THE CANDLE WITH THE BIG AND SMALL ARROW TO CLOSE B4 WE TRADE.

No that's the entry candle or you can wait for a pullback to the middle of the previous the candle b4 entering to put the odds on your favour.The arrows appears when price breaks the high or the low of the BODY of the previous candlestick.

THE STRAT. WORKS ON HIGHER TIMEFFRAME AS WELL
