I bought a glo sim sometime last year to be using for browsing. Whenever I buy data, I notice it expires within 48hrs, whether I make use of it or not. Because of that, I stop using the line for anything data. Recently, I migrated from the brekete plan to 11k/sec tariff plan. Within last week, I bought data on the Glo line but wasn't able to monitor how long it lasted because I exhausted it in few hours. Yesterday, I needed to respond to messages online and mtn network was slow. I bought a 1gb - 1mnth plan from glo. Before I could use it, mtn network returned and I just switched back to MTN without touching the Glo data. Then this evening, I got a message that the data I didn't use his expired.
I bought the gb yesterday because a part of me suspected this would still happen. I don't know if there's a way I can fix this problem. Pls help me if you have experienced something similar and later resolved it.

Last week, I was briefing a friend of mine on how things are getting high in my place of residence in Kaduna.
She just asked me how much we buy a bag of water here and then, a painter of beans. I answered with 250 and 4000 respectively. Then according to her, as of last week inside Enugu town, a bag of pure water is 500 and a painter of beans is 5200.
Well, am not surprised because I have lived in Enugu. In my days there (2018-2022), to rent a self contain single room would cost you a basic rent of between 180-250k. Coming up here that I am in Kaduna at the moment, you would get a self contain single room for less than a 100k.
As business men that majority of Igbos are, their rates would always adjust to suit whatever pattern the economy comes with. Those that aren't into buying and selling also increase their rates in whatever field they are into in the region.
It is just the fact to say that the last region to suffer the consequences of any bad government decisions are those that are capitalism-minded. It doesn't matter the region. It's just a reality that the Igbos have that common trait in them.

Today being Valentine's day (Wednesday, 14th Feb., 2024), my colleagues and I organized an outreach as our NYSC CDS, targeting four Hospitals and 40 patients in Zonkwa, Zangon Kataf LGA, Kaduna State.
Although we met lesser number of patients than expected, the outreach was a massive success.
