Things may have finally fallen apart in Mavin Records founded by Don Jazzy after his acrimonious separation from his former partner, D’banj and the death of their Mo’Hits Records. Months back, news emerged that one of Mavin’s cash cows, Wande Coal, had decided to go it alone. Now, Wande Coal and his former boss have ignominiously blown open their simmering quarrel.

At a time when football-loving Nigerians were glued to their television sets watching the semi final clash between Nigeria’s Golden Eagles and Sweden’s youngsters, social networking site, twitter, went agog. Acclaimed producer, Don Jazzy, in a fit of fury, had called out one of his most outstanding protégées, Wande Coal over his single, Baby Face, released today. Don Jazzy got avid and discerning followers shifting on the edge of their seats when he tweeted,  “How long will i continue 2 sweat and some people will choose to steal from me. I am nice and easy going doesn’t’ mean u should disrespect me.”
He followed this up with the release of the link to the demo of Baby Face, which he claimed to have made about a year ago.
And the rotund singer responded without inhibitions, mentioning his former label, Mavin Records, boss, “It is with sad heart (that) I make this response…steal from you? I served for 10 years, why are you not happy with my progress? He didn’t stop there: “Is it bad that I kept quiet and move (d) on with my life adding the hashtag, #kilaju, literally meaning, any problems with that? He also disproved of Don Jazzy calling him out on twitter saying, “You have my phone number, email address and my DM to communicate with me but you choose twitter attention syndrome…After all these years of been (sic) loyal to you, i can never believe you will ever say this to me, trying to bring me down on twitter.” Then, he quipped, “You are not God, you can’t stop me.”
Responding, Don Jazzy said, “I’m glad you know that there is a God. If i want to stop you, why would i do The Kick with you introducing Black Diamond…If I want to stop you why would i allow you release Rotate without my company credit. Why would i allow you perform around the world”
In response to the onslaught by twitter users ostensibly asking why he didn’t seek an amicable settlement, Don Jazzy replied, “I honestly expected y’all (Twitter users) to come at me with me being childish. But enough is enough.

ticker: I was unable to go for Viclaurence Test on Nov 1st. Pls, can I still go there this week?

am not too sure about that,the info I got was to come for test on 1st Nov.

The major problems about people who fall victims of scammers is because they are too greedy and impatient.

But the facts remain that when you are buying a car, don't look for cheap cars,Mr A got tokunbo a 1999 toyota camry @ 650k does not mean you will get at same price.

Always go for one on one inspection to know if seller actually has a base and test drive, but don't go with crowd because seller may not allow you to test drive.


Don't ask seller to bring a used car for you for inspection and purchase,its good for you to go to where the seller is situated,if anything goes wrong,you can easily locate him.have heard enough experience where buyer will ask you to bring vehicle to their office,or meet them somewhere,people like that may ended up buying a stolen vehicle.

Always have it in mind that not only registered cars could be stolen vehicle,some tokunbo could be a stolen vehicle as well,take your time to go for inspection at the seller's base.

Becareful of seller's who has just a car for sale,be more intelligent in your dealings with them and dealer whose car is isolated in a place

Don't make an advance payment of a vehicle you have not seen one on one,even when you have seen it,be sure of the person/company genuiness.

Custom does not auction cars online,its a simple fact.

Becareful of cotonou car dealers,use your money to buy a car you can move immidiately.

Don't go alone for a transaction when you are not comforatable with the seller.

Theirs is this new style used by robbers to snatch cars from their victim.

A friend of mine rode on his car with his uncle and drove towards oshodi from Apapa last thursday, he was stoped at oshodi by some policemen for checking because the back number plate was not at the back of the vehicle,the police men entered his car,while he was trying to sort things out with the policemen, a man came from no where introducing himself as a mobile police man with his ID card,and he said to my friend "don't you know me,am your uncle's friend,out of annoyance my friend attacked him and said I don't know you to be my uncle's friend and aside that the person sitting next to me is my uncle,how come he does not know you,quickly,the said mobile police man letf the scene. The next words that came from the policemen who stopped him earlier was,YOU ARE SO LUCKY YOU DID NOT GIVE THAT MOPOL AUDIENCE,u would have blame yourself.That the next he would have done is to pretend to the policemen in uniform as if my friend was his relative.he will ask my friend to bring the car key in order to settle with the policeman so that he will not be extorted,meanwhile,his mission was to enter the car and drive away.
My fear is this,are the policemen not working together with the so call MOPOL to commit that crime,if they are not,I think they should be in the position to question the Mopol,but they did not.

We need to be vgilant when we are stoped on the road by any policeman,don't give them room to jump into your car,or take your car key from you,anywhere you are stopped by policemen,becareful of anyone who shows as a good samaritan.
