I chatted with their customer care on whatsapp, and what they keep saying is they are waiting for feedback.
I asked them a simple question, what's the difference between (1x2) and (12), and they responded that in (12) either home wins or away wins, so I said what happens in a match of (12) if it for any reason ends in a draw? That they could not answer, they said they will get back to me.

When a match is (1 2) it should never end in a draw rather they go into overtime or penalties as the case may be. in ur case it should be a draw no bet if truly there was no winner.

I need a clarification on a cricket match, the options while selecting your bet is only Home win or away Win. There is no option for draw. So I selected a match for home to win, but due to constant rains for two days the game could not finish and it was awarded as a draw match. Now merrybet says I lost the match, when there was no draw option initially.
