In the halftime fulltime option the are only nine outcome.so one of the nine victims most win and pay. while the others lose.the scammer has nothing to lose.
Beware these scammers may show tickets like

Bet365
Betway
William hill
888bet and so on .
Why because you can't confirm these tickets with such bookies.
Be wise.
