Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Business Relationship Manager to build and nurture strong relationships with our business clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring their satisfaction, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with business clients.

Understand client needs and provide strategic advice and solutions.

Provide timely and effective support to resolve client issues.

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

Report on account status, activities, and client feedback.


Qualifications:
