Apart from reading and writing, some so many people are not even graduates but gifted who can do that work.

As you mentioned, the former DG Bichi had a similar approach, prioritizing candidates who may not have had the highest academic credentials but possessed other valuable skills.

Intelligence agencies like NIA, DIA, and DSS often require unique skill sets that may not be directly correlated with academic performance. Experience, intuition, and the ability to think outside the box can be just as valuable as a high-grade degree.

Oga Muhisah, I think the DG has the right. If I recall correctly, when the former DG Bichi arrived, he stated that he needed to have graduated with at least a third-class degree. Furthermore, during the recruitment of junior staff, he selected some candidates who struggled with English proficiency. When the President asked him about this, he explained that the environments where those individuals would be working did not require strong English skills 💔😁😅

I think the class of a degree can't define a person's intelligence. Let me tell you about two scenarios that happened during the last NIA recruitment.

Firstly, during the CBT, the NIA instructed candidates to read carefully and not answer any questions. However, some candidates failed to follow the instructions, while my friend did and successfully passed the CBT.

Secondly, the NIA sent an SMS to candidates, instructing them to meet at a specific location. Upon arrival, the NIA staff brought two computer buses, one new and one old. While some candidates rushed to enter the new bus, my friend chose the old one and still managed to pass the interview.

This is how things work at intelligence agencies like NIA, DIA, and DSS.

Push for both and pray for one to come. Any is good. The only problem with ncc is that they are too many and that affects promotion and you might not be noticed easily

I don't think they have too many staffs as you think, aside from Head office, head Office annex, zonal offices, Lagos office, kano office, Port Harcourt Office, Ibadan office, and Enugu. that's all.

Someone said that while she was serving at NPA, a senator's son who is a staff spoke about how his dad tried to help him get into NIMASA but couldn't, so he had to settle for NPA. 💔😁😅

NPA letters are ready to share next week or before the end of this month, I don't know about NIMASA, but NIMASA is better than NPA, a fresh graduate level 8/2 in NIMASA is 9M per annum 750k per month but in NPA is 7M per annum 583k per month including bonus and allowances in both of them. It used to be 93k. But I heard it was increased to about 140k sometime last year. I’m not very sure about the increase tho but for the 93k, it’s 100% confirmed
