Job Brief
• We are looking for a Hotel Accountant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, supporting operations, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
• The responsibilities also include reviewing daily cash balance, facilitating the annual budgeting process, and conducting in-depth analyses for financial projection and forecasting,

Job Responsibilities
• Preparing accurate month-end accounts with comparison to forecast.
• Preparing profit and loss accounts and the balance sheet for the management.
• Process cash disbursement and cash receipts.
• Perform month-end close reconciliation and financial analysis.
• Assist with preparing budgets and forecasts.
• Review daily cash balance and maintain cash flow projections.
• Prepare a monthly bank reconciliation for all accounts.
• Review vendor invoices and monthly statements to ensure all expenses are processed.
• Work with vendors promptly.

Requirements
• HND or B.Sc as a minimum educational requirement. and ACA
• Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated and strong analytical skills.
• Attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Able to interact effectively with all levels of management and vendors.
