@justwise and the gurus pls help. In the third party declaration of my child's dependent application, whose name should I put? His name or mine? I put his already and submitted and I'm worried if I did the right thing. Should I cancel? No biometrics done yet.

Please who's name should be on the third party declaration on my child's application? Is it his name or mine? I put his already and have submitted, I hope I'm not in deep shit like this? Somebody help please.
