I went to a vigil last night. By 4am after the vigil, I launched Nairaland and read where he donated 71M and even saw him shaking Jagaban.

Firstly let the populace stop pouring trash in the gutters when it rains.

Secondly let the directorate of drainage services (are you surprised? People who build on water ways should be visited. (Forgive me if this sounds wicked but it’s a major solution, I know this because our Church too is affected by flooding).

Thirdly, many streets within Lagos hinterland and upper land don’t have gutters. Alimosho is suspect. Localities like IPAJA, AYOBO, and so many don’t have gutters. The one existing were constructed by the indigenes. You don’t expect it to be standard. There needs to be a massive infrastructure drive by LASG. LG autonomy will help this 3rd point.
