What is the total amount to have on both statements? Do u mean all d money you need to pay is 1000$? If so, den a 90000 naira atstement is more than enough. If it an undergrad degree, you have to be able to show that if u loose ur scholarship or funding, you will be able to pay subsequent years. I think you are good to go. May God see you through. All dis atatement self, u might be one of the lucky few who won't be asked for statement, Just pray. Where is nellywho?

Hi guys,
Please if there's any fall applicant who still doesn't have an interview date, its as simple as ABC. Nobody can buy a date for you or get date from heaven. Just schedule any appointment you see even if its december, state you case on the emergency request link, type the name of your school, sevis number, expected arrival date in a letter explaining your situation. And PLEASE attach you i20.
My friend just went through a terrible experience in the hands of one idiot she met on nairaland called lekoso. Lekan ROSIJI. He's email is lekoso56@yahoo.com. Please be very careful. All this guy that book dates don't do anything special. Its something you can do yourself. He refused to give my friend the password of the primary email address he used to open an account for her. Her payment was stuck on the page and anytime my friend scheduled an appointment, he will go bk and cancel it jst because she pulled out of the agreement after 9 days of no whow.

Infact dear friends, don't meet anyone on nairaland. My friends dad warned her seriously but she didn't listen. D annoyin thing is dat this guy couldn't have used her payment for anything but he jst wanted to scatter her plans. Her dad threaten Lekan with police. Pls you guys be very careful. If u need any help with the link, just post your questions here. I did everything by myself and now my friend called the help lines and dey had d whole application changed for her and her payment moved to another link. They evern appoved her request for an expedited appointment and she was given d same 8th of August that I got. PLEASe don't give anyone ur password to that schedule your appointment link.they will keep posting you and won't do anything but waste your chances of leaving this fall. As long as you are a student and u send that email, you MUST get a date b4 d date stated on your i20. Sorry for the long epistle guys. I am jst very passionate about this coz this was direct first hand experience coz I was dere wen everything went down.

If there's anyone who is judgemental here, it is you guys. I am simply trying to say at the end of the day, God favor grants visas. There are many people on this thread who have packed numeroud degrees and have a lot of achievements and financial standing, yet, they are rejected visas. I didn't say what is said on this thread doesn't make sense. If I didn't read this thread, I would have kept trying to use my brothers credit card to pay sevis fee. At one point I had even told my dad that I will explain dat the system refused to accept payment not knwoing the payment can't be made with any nigerian IP address. I do not mean to come off as arrogant, but sorry, I WILL not withdraw my statement on being born again. I only said it to encourage people not to rely on the documents they r taking for their interview. My older brother entered the embasy without his statement of account in 2002 because of my dads forgetfulness, yet, he was granted his student visa and has since returned and works with harllibutton. All I am trying to say is thsat prayer and favor is what grants student visas. Being female doesn't change anything. They will still reject you if it appears your economic stituation is nigeria is not worth returning to.

By the way, except you have a guity conscience, what even brought up the suggestion that I think people here are asking others to forge documents? I wrote in plain English. Except you are oblivious of what is happening on the news, you must know that a background in law and gradute degree in peace studies will do the modern day nigeria a lot of good. Is it the niger-delta conflict? Is it united nations legislations on maritime, is it the recently emerging boko haram? Is it finding a way to resolve the conflicts in the middle east, between oil producing nations(Opec)? Don't say my course is not relevant. Its not nice to say that. I am going to have to study to obtain my degree just as you would!

My dear imperioux, you are one of the reasons why people like ey restrain myself from posting on nairaland. My saying I am born again simpy means that yes, I have read the thread, and will follow diffrent suggstions here but at the end of the day I do not rely on any man because my help comes from God. There are numerous people on this thread with genuine documents, sincere intentions to go and study and possibly even return home regardless of whether or not they secure a job in the states, but at the end of the day, they come here and say they were rejected. You do not need to be aggressive or suggestive. Just drop an opinion and leave the thread. By the way, take not that I am not offended. If you noticed, I said I have prepared like I haven't prayed an prayed like I haven't prepared.
