Jamb original result slip (e-facilty card) and admission letter- #1500 each.
- if u're having issues with ur waec certificate or u wer told ur's isn't ready. Go to d skool u wrote d exam and request for a statement of result.
- then ur birth certificate should be d 1 with d heading (federal republic of nigeria. National population commission) not the one from the clinic u wer born cos i saw a lot of people who wer sent back @ d screening center cos of d birth cert.
- den ur certificate of origin, if ur states r really far 4rm u, worry not. U cn hit up @ ur state's liason offices in lagos. Just google it owt
- ur reference letter MUST be TYPED on a LETTER HEADED paper of the writer and addressed 2 d admission officer. It must be thoroughly signed also.
- ur admission letter is of 2 copies, one for d candidate (u), d oda for institution use ONLY.
- wen filling d screenin form (educational qualification to be precise) NOTE THAT- u can onli fill ur waec details once (be careful not to make mistakes). Its 2k in skool tho. I mean d filling and d printn of d screenin form.

Was at the faculty on monday (science) went to see my course adviser (microbiology). And these are the steps i took (might be useful to you guys...
- went with the file which i was given at the dept.
- affixed my passport photograph to it and filled the file (some parts wer confusing, but this is it.. The part on d file whr dey wrote 'sponsorship/schorlarship' write sponsorship and the name of ur sponsor, dats if ure not on scholarship.)
-i filled my waec details also (if u're using GCE, do the same but on the table for 'general certificate edu.-o'level')
- she (course adviser) requestd for my signed screening documents which i gave to her.
- den she told me 2 check for my course codes for microbiology year 1 (1st n 2nd semester) on the notice board, wch i did..
NB- the course codes is d key to printing ur course reg form. U'll need them while filling your course registration form (its not opening now tho). Just so you know. The course codes are also in our departmental information handbook (if u wer given any @ur dept tho)

Its a general problem, we merit listers went thru it also.. U'l have 2 wait a lil but keep checkn tho till it finally opens. Best try- mid9t.. To check- goto lag's site den student login= undergraduate login= (ur jamb reg nmbr is ur matric nmbr while ur surname in lowercase, ur password)

I'm sure u were given.. It looks like the library but a little bit bigger. The faculty secretary who gave u d prospectus is the same woman giving d clearance card.. (its a white card with lines ruled owt to fill ur name and oda basic infos and to also affix ur passport. The card which u're to return 2 her after filling) to get it back, go meet her nd tell her u dept, she'd give u an envelope to pick it (it'd have been laminated and signed by then)

wat she posted are d document required for faculty of science registration nt final enrolment. Dis are wat u need 4 final enrolment:
1. BIODATA FORM
2. STUDENT INFORMATION FORM (S.I.F) and
3. PAYMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SLIP
Requirement for faculty reg. varies, jst try 2 find out dat of fac. of art. since ur fac reg has been postponed, jst chill till nxt yr buh focus more on final enrolment (which starts nxt week) nd ur medicals.
