Uwc sis.. I was askd 4 my biodata form and skool fees teller for sighting.. Den i was given 3 forms (includn d hard copy of d med. Form, so i filled it).. I was able 2 do my height nd weight measurement aftr wch i went 2 book an appointment @ d xray dept in d med. Centre... I was told 2 com 4 it on d 31st.. Den i went 2 d lab 4 my blood test, b4 dat i collected a test tube/bottle for d 'urine-analysis wateva' u v 2 excrete urine in2 d tube nd den submit b4 doin d blood test

1. Nah, d lady in my faculty said its for d final enrollment. She gave me a file tho..
2. Nah,dey admitted it was a typographical error wen dey posted it at 1st.. Its vice versa lyk i stated in my 1st post.. I just paid all 2day so m sure insurance #350, mob service #5h....
3. I did myn @fss, i was directed dere from d DSA's office.. (d man dah issued d receipt 4 d mob. Service said d receipt was 4 his faculty, bt e'll help us, we wer abt 10 dah paid dere.. So if u v 2 do u, check ur faculty, nd if ure lucky try fss.
4. 2 signatures nd 2 stamps.. 1 @ d bursary, d oda @ d faculty.. In my faculty it was d faculty officer deah signed nd stamped it b4 i returned it 2 d library.. Go to ur fac 4 more info.
5. Having paid for d insurance stuff, i went back 2 d DSA's office 2 get d receipt 4 my insurance stuff.. D man dere said d ppl 2 attend 2 us avnt bn arnd 4 lyk 3mnths.. He said it wnt hinder us from doin d final enrollment, besides d teller also stands in 4 d receipt.. Op v ansad ur questnz well

The stated documents r to b arranged accordingly for d final enrolment (for science tho).. Dat was wat d woman in my fac. (science) said... D insurance fee shd b paid @access bank to d accnt name 'wapic insurance' nd d accnt nmbr wd b posted on d notice board.. Kip d teller well... D mobile service dues (i paid myn at FSS (d general office, tho its not my faculty, bt d man dere was nice enof 2 issue me a receipt after i paid d 5h) u cn chk ur faculty 4 urs.. Bt we all dat went 2day did our's @FSS... Photocopy dat too.. Also, d library card stampn @FOS goes on by 2pm-4pm.. Aftr wch u'll photocopy it front n back minimum of 3 copies nd den return d original 2 d library... Den i did my medicals finally today, without my medical form.. Make sure u're @ d med centre as early as possible.. 8am.. So i'm done with errtin now.. Chilling 4 d final enrollment nd hostel reg

I'd lie if i told u i had d right answer to that.. But uhmm, i think u shd go back 2 d bank wch u paid.. Xpain things 2 dem nd ask if u can pay an additional #150, c ow it goes.. Bt it shdnt b a big deal tho, wen i paid my skool fees, i ddnt write d #250 (bank charge) on d teller.. Bt d lady helpd me.. So just giv it a hit.. I doubt its a biggie.

Also take additional #500 for the students insurance dues (to b paid @access bank).. #1k5 for ULSSA dues in FoS (u'll b directed).. Den #350 for mobile service dues..

Deptal reg has strtd also in d faculty of science, but i'm only sure of microbiology, iono if other depts has started.. Its 2k tho.. So for MCBist who wanna do fac n deptal reg, go wv 4k nd ur docs

FACULTY OF SCIENCE- #500 TO REG #1500 FOR THE PROSPECTUS.. THATS #2000 (IN GENERAL) ... GO ALONG WITH UR SIF, SIGNED SCREENING DOCUMENTS, LIBRARY CARD (FOR THE DEAN TO SIGN, DONT FORGET TO PHOTOCOPY AND SUBMIT BACK TO THE LIBRARY AFTER THE BURSAR ND DEAN HAS SIGNED IT).. ALSO GO WITH YOUR PASSPORT AND SKOOL FEES EVIDENCE OF PAYMENT (RECEIPT OR TELLER)... NB- KEEP ALL RECEIPTS.. INCLUDING THE RECEIPT FOR THE PROSPECTUS WHICH YOU'LL PURCHASE COS TWD BE NEEDED DURING YOUR DEPTAL REG. THANKS.. Then as for the hostel.. Based on last year's info, the cards were on sale during/after the final enrolment..be at alert.

ayozainy: i knew how much 2 pay b4 going 2 d bank. I was given d payment information slip during registration. Science students are 2 pay N55,500 while non science student are 2 pay N53,500.

I ddnt ask d HOD about d skool fees.. Bt last week wen i was screened, one of d admsn officers told me i an pay my skool fees aftr 24hrs + i ddnt submit anytin, i was told 2 bring it back during the dept reg.. But m goin 2 pay my skool fees tomoro, wd get baq 2u wen m done
