Field Marketer represents Northbridge Collegiate on the ground. The role focuses on creating access, generating qualified interest, and building reliable pipelines with schools, parents, and education-focused communities. This role is not sales-driven; it is access-driven and intelligence-driven.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. School Outreach

• Visit secondary schools (especially SS2–SS3 focused schools)

• Identify and engage key decision-makers (administrators, counsellors, principals, PTA reps)

• Introduce Northbridge accurately using approved materials

• Request access to parent communication channels or school platforms


2. Parent Engagement

• Engage parents in approved environments

• Share official Northbridge information and landing pages

• Invite parents to webinars, sessions, or consultations

• Capture expressions of interest without closing sales


3. Community Access

• Identify WhatsApp groups, PTA forums, and parenting platforms

• Request permission to share Northbridge information

• Report engagement rules, feedback, and interest levels


4. Events & Fairs

• Support education fairs and outreach events

• Assist with booth setup and parent interactions

• Capture leads and direct parents to official channels


5. Information Gathering

• Document parent questions and objections

• Report school feedback and interest levels

• Identify high-potential schools and communities


KEY DELIVERABLES

Weekly Quantitative Deliverables

• Number of schools visited

• Number of gatekeepers engaged

• Number of parents spoken to

• Number of communities identified

• Number of leads directed to registration links


Weekly Qualitative Deliverables

• Names and roles of contacts engaged

• Common parent questions and concerns

• Objections encountered

• Recommended follow-up actions

REPORTING STRUCTURE

• Daily brief updates on activities

• Weekly summary reports outlining outcomes, insights, and next steps

BOUNDARIES & CONDUCT

Field Marketers must not:

• Overpromise outcomes

• Provide immigration or admission guarantees

• Misrepresent Northbridge’s authority or structure

• Answer questions outside approved scope
