Yemtech Construction Limited is a professional construction company with specialties in Building and civil engineering design, costing and construction.

We are starting up the construction of a 2unit of 4bedroom detach duplex with attached boys quarters for a private client at Mayfair Gardens Estate, Awoyaya, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos.

Estimated cost for construction - N50million
Duration of Project - Not specified because it will be done in stages but we plan to deliver the raft foundation in 1month.

We moved to site Feb. 4, 2015. Preliminary works was done and setting-out and excavation was done 300mm below the natural ground level.

As at yesterday Feb. 12, 2015. The ground beams for the raft foundation of building A was casted, formwork will be removed today in preparation for ground beams of building B.
