Test of English is mandatory for almost all schools in Australia and it depends on the level of the school tho whether level one or two or three.

Going through the thread, It was said that one can not apply for schools in Australia without an agent, please how can one get the contact of an agent to start with?
Some are saying IELTS is compulsory, some are saying one can get letter from one’s school stating the mod. Of teaching was in English as a substitute for IELTS, please help me clarify on this sir/ma |

Hello all,
I have been granted full scholarship for my PhD at WSU. I have a short window to apply for visa as I am to resume in Jan. I already have the COE from the school, but these are my queries:
How much has to be in my SOA if I am attaching one. Or if I need to attach any at all, given the full scholarship, which includes living expenses of $35k yearly.
Do I need to attach IELTS as the school did not require it. And I heard it is exempted for PhDs.
Ties include an affidavit stating that I have inherited land; a company which I am shareholder and director. The CEO has written that I will be returning to work as COO. I also am a secretary of an arts community, while holding an appointment with a state governor.
How does this profile look and what else might hamper visa approval.

Please i just need your opinion, i got a response from a supervisor but no funding, he was asking if i can self sponsor, i replied by asking if its possible to get sponsorship or external sponsorship or even in my second year, and he respond this... please my bosses i need your counsel regarding this.
