I personally heard that it's because of the change of the immigration policies that is causing delay. Thank God that your employer has been communicating with u,it shows he's willing to employ u. So u just need to wait till the work permit is issued and most especially, keep praying. And when the work permit comes out, to get the appointment is another palava, but God will do it for u bro, believe.

No, Poland doesn't allow dependants, later they will come and join u via invitation.

I want to know if once I get a job offer from a company in Poland and Its not a sponsorship job, is it possible for me to arrange myself for like maximum 60days before begining the visa process or it depends on what's written in the job agreement?

You can't give yourself maximum 60 days. If your work permit has been authenticated by the embassy, start looking for appointment date straight away. Sometimes some companies do follow up of the processes in the embassy, they can use their influence to make it possible your work visa is issued for u at all cost. And sometimes your resumption date at the company may determine when your visa is issued.

Collection days are also Interview days.

Interviews are conducted between 8AM to 12/1PM while Collection starts by 1PM to4/5PM
