He keeps getting Not Eligible response

Please assist what could be the error. He just want to enter the pool and write Ielts again

For his profile to be eligible, he has to score 67 points or higher from the six selection factors. Please I need to understand. Do you mean your Treasury Bill was 6 months old already when you applied for SINP? Or was it less than 3 months but had 6 months validity? Clarify please.

The TB was less than 3 months but had 6 months validity.
