Hello house....According to the screenshot, I am supposed to send my university entrance qualification document (Im assuming this is WAEC certificate) for my enrolment. Obviously because I can't send my original document, please can someone confirm if this requested official certified copy means a copy of my result certified at the high court (i.e. notarised)?

I don't think so...it is just required as a form of identification. You will be enrolled with the data page of your passport while you continue with your visa processing.

And to the house... Is this suggestive we should take a line of action where we mail our individual schools to send mails on our behalf to the German embassy employing them to grant us interview and stating the need of once presence being needed?? Because this definitely worked for her or else it applies only to scholarship holders. I think it's worth trying out.
