Chris Brown has said that he is tired of the devil ruining his life. In a recent Instagram post, the award-winning singer blamed the devil for trying to ruin his life. He also talked about thoughts of suicide and claims he’s heard God speak to him for the very first time. Here’s exactly what he wrote: “When u tired of the fucking devil ruining your life and u hear God speak for the first time. No one knows what I deal with on a day to day. The average man wouldn’t hesitate to blow his fucking brains out but that’s the cowards way out… Most won’t understand the genius and beauty in change and learning and the people who have devilish intentions will win in the short term. My soul will always be pure of heart. What’s on the surface always looks like one big party but inside there is a little boy looking for help and guidance. People say “be a man”. Yeah, that’s right but it doesn’t take away any pain you really go through. I just wanna stay out the way and do music. Most importantly and great father. I don’t have any more patience for anything that will cause me to self destruct!!” This guy needs all our prayers and support. He was a young boy when all ‘these’ started and the devil deceived him. Chris, the good news is your soul was already bought by the blood of Christ even before you went into any evil pact. The bible says that “even the lawful captive shall be set free.” In Isaiah chapter 49, verses 24 & 25, the New Living Translation says: “Who can snatch the plunder of war from the hands of a warrior? Who can demand that a tyrant let his captives go?” “But the LORD says, “The captives of warriors will be released, and the plunder of tyrants will be retrieved. For I will fight those who fight you, and I will save your children.”” This means if your choices have put you in a bad place, when you SINCERELY ask God for help, He will come to your aid. Read Psalm 121…declaring it into your life as you wake up each morning. David found his way back on the right path once when he felt lost. And there was one night, I had an encounter with a strange and powerful demon. The Lord whispered the same psalm into my ears to use as a weapon. Yes, I won the battle. I’ll say a prayer for you everyday brother, and I’ll encourage others to do same. Hang in there..

unidentified persons wearing police uniforms, led by Mr. Victor Egbo, Special Assistant on Youth Affairs to Governor Okowa, stormed the home of Mr. Omokero during the early hours of Monday and whisked him away to an unknown destination. The INYA has been enmeshed in a series of battles following the misappropriation of funds and alleged embezzlement of over N4m, which led to the resignation of Mr. Egbo, who served as its president before being replaced by Mr. Omokero. Speaking about the abduction of the INYA president, one of the leaders of the INYA, Mr. Dickson Opuana, disclosed that Mr. Egbo had been using his office as Special Assistant to the governor to terrorize members and leaders of the youth body, confirming that today's abduction of Mr. Omokero was led and spearheaded by the governor's aide in the company of yet to be identified persons. The INYA president's abduction is coming barely three days after he enjoined youths in Isokoland against any act that is inimical to the growth and peaceful co-existence of the Isoko nation. Addressing over 5000 youths at a meeting in Isoko South Local Government Area, Delta State, Mr. Omokero appealed to the youths to close ranks and work for the unity, growth, progress and development of the land. It will be recalled that just last month, Governor Okowa used armed thugs to attack and intimidate his opponents in Ekpan community |

The police have arrested Pastor Esther Ozuem, General Overseer of Word Encounter Ministry over alleged child theft. She is being detained at the State CID at Panti, Yaba, Lagos. Mrs Ozuem is said to have stolen the nine-month-old boy from a member of her church. It was gathered that went to Alakuko Police Station on March 18 to report a case of child abandonment in her church. But the story changed when police detectives later discovered that the pastor took the child from his mother, 24yrs old Christianah Ebele, the day she delivered. According to police, the pastor registered the child at the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA), where the baby was immunised as Temple Ozuem, with her mother’s name given as Chinyere Ozuem. The female pastor is now also being investigated to ascertain the maternity of her three children. In her statement, Miss Ebele said she went to the pastor for financial assistance when she was pregnant and the “woman of God” agreed to help her. She said she was taken to Ozuem’s church by her elder sister who worships there, adding that her sister told the pastor that they were poor and could not take care of the baby. The woman, who denied abandoning nor selling her baby to the pastor, said she was chased out of her house for attempting to feed the crying child. “My elder sister took me to her church where I met Pastor Esther. My sister told her that we are poor and we cannot take care of the pregnancy and that when the baby is born, life will be harder for us. “I was eight months pregnant and she agreed to help me. Pastor Esther took me in and she promised to help establish me financially after I give birth. She told me that she will give me money to start a business and cater for the child. “However, after I gave birth, she changed towards me. The day I gave birth, it was raining heavily. She refused to take me to the hospital. She brought a nurse to deliver me of the baby. To my shock, Pastor Esther took the baby from me immediately I gave birth and warned me not to touch the child. “She also told me not to breastfeed the baby and when the baby was crying and I attempted to feed him, she got angry and chased me out of the house in the rain. I was crying but she did not allow me to carry my baby. I had to find my way to my sister’s house and I told her what happened. “I did not go to the police station because I did not know what to do. Besides, I did not have money. I am very poor and can barely feed myself. “My mother is also poor and other members of my family are not doing fine financially. So, I decided to leave everything to God. I found out that Pastor Esther took my son and she had a child naming for him without informing me. She named him Temple Ozuem and even took him to the health centre and registered him as her son. I don’t know why she came to report to the police but even now I can’t cater for him. “I need help and it is not true that I sold my baby. She did not give me any money. I only approached her for help,” she said. But Pastor Ozuem has insisted she did not steal the baby, claiming that the mother abandoned the child. http://www..ng/2016/04/04/female-pastor-arrested-allegedly-stealing-baby-boy/ |

http://m.goal.com/s/en-ng/news/4078/exclusives/2016/04/01/21896332/ancelotti-can-ronaldo-win-another-ballon-dor The Italian coach is in no doubt that the Portuguese is determined to re-establish himself as the world's best player but he says that his rivals are only getting stronger EXCLUSIVE Carlo Ancelotti believes that Cristiano Ronaldo will do his utmost to win another Ballon d'Or but admits that Lionel Messi is likely to make it difficult for the Real Madrid superstar to claim the trophy for a fourth time. Ronaldo has lifted the game's most prestigious individual honour three times, winning consecutive titles in 2013 and 2014. However, Messi reclaimed the trophy in January and Ancelotti feels that Ronaldo, 31, will have his work cut out in re-establishing himself as the world's best player, given that his Argentine rival is three years his junior, while Neymar, Luis Suarez and James Rodriguez have also emerged as contenders in recent years. "I think Ronaldo wants to win another [Ballon d'Or]," the Italian coach told Goal . "This is a good motivation for him. He will try, I think, to do his best to win again. "I think it's the same with Messi. It's very difficult to say who is going to win the Ballon d'Or next [between] these two players. "Maybe it could be Neymar; he has fantastic skill. Could be James Rodriguez, could be Suarez. "It's very difficult, they're at the top, they still continue to be at the top. "I'm sure that Ronaldo... will fight to win [the Ballon d'Or] trophy again. "Of course, he has the most difficult opponent, Messi, but I'm sure he will try to fight to win again." |
A good number of former high-ranking officials in the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan have started returning looted funds. According to The Nation, the officials are begging the federal government and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to shelve plans to put them on trial. Four of the ex-top government officials have refunded N1.4billion in the last one week, a source said on Friday, April 2. READ ALSO: 3 reasons GEJ could face the EFCC However, a few others are said to have opted to face trial instead of returning money which they claimed has been spent on the 2015 presidential campaign. Investigation by The Nation revealed that some of the beneficiaries of the looted funds have actually paid back or promised to do so. Those affected have been mounting pressure on the presidency, the EFCC and the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) and minister of justice, Abubakar Malami, for soft landing against trial. The government is yet to take a position on whether or not those who have returned their loot will be prosecuted. A source said: “One of those who served under the former President has returned about N750million given to him by the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) for campaign. He was able to make up because he didn’t spend the cash. He kept it for private use. Some have paid back more than N650million. A former minister has pledged to refund over N1billion. Another beneficiary of the curious contracts has promised the EFCC to sell a few properties to be able to return about N2.1billion. A former military governor has also refunded the cash advanced to him by ONSA to buy a house. Many of these former public officers and contractors are effecting refunds to avoid being named and shamed. They don’t want trial. Some have volunteered to serve as prosecution witnesses instead of going through the rigours of trial.” According to the officials they said the cash was given to them on the order of former President Jonathan, adding that the funds were privately disbursed to them by the campaign committee and PDP officials without telling them the source of the money. Mallam Garba Shehu, the senior special assistant on media and publicity to the president, on Thursday, March 31, claimed that the ONSA committee had recovered over N7billion from those culpable. The indicted companies are to refund another N41 billion. But the investigating agencies, including the EFCC, will determine whether another N75 billion should be recovered from some of the companies. READ ALSO: $2bn arms deal: Dasuki refuses to face trial – EFCC The panel also uncovered evidence of payments to individuals and companies by ONSA without any contractual agreement or evidence of jobs executed. Meanwhile, there seems to be confusion in the camp of Jonathan as strong indications have emerged that a deep distrust has crept into the fold. This is coming as officials of the EFCC are after members of the immediate past administration for corruption. Jonathan’s special assistant on domestic matters, Dr Waripamowei Dudafa has been cooperating with the anti-graft agency by leaking sensitive documents to both officials of the APC led government and the EFCC. https://www.naij.com/785904-2-1b-arms-deal-scandal-jonathans-men-return-looted-funds.html?source=index_main |
