theophorus: 1. Is Tinubu now their President? 2. What did Prof. Humphrey contribute to Democracy in Nigeria? 3. What will immortalizing Prof. Humphrey teach upcoming generations? 4. What would the Govt of PBAT gain from this? 5. How will this contribute to Economy growth or peace or perception of SE and Nigeria at large.
