My usa visa transcript. Please can the gurus and experienced one help me scrutinize it.

VO: Why are you going to the US

Me: I am going to the US to study for my master program in HRM at Bleep university while I will be staying in the USA for 1 year and 18 months as the program duration implies.

VO: Why the US

Me: During my personal research, I got to realized that the best universities to study HRM are located in USA according to Edurank statistics. Usa is also known for its world class educational system, cultural diversity, professionals and experts in various fields/industry.

Vo: How many schools did you apply to

Me: I applied to two schools which are Bleep state university and Bleep university and the two schools gave me admission with funding

VO: Why Bleep state university

Me: Aside the fact I am awarded a merit based scholarship. The university is among the top 30 best universities to study hrm in the world and their swift response to my mail and questions was top notch. I have had series of conversations with my programme coordinator and I have been enlightened in summary the various trainings, practicals and internship packages I will undergo during the course of the program.

VO: Why do you want to study HRM

Me: I have always have keen interest in managing Human Resources and taking strategic decisions in everything I do which is why I studied a related course here in Nigeria due to the fact that hrm is not studied as a course in Nigeria. This program will help me achieve my short and long term goals. My short term goal is to get a senior role in the HR department at my workplace after my program where I can gain more experience and utilize the practical knowledge and skills I have learnt towards my long term goal. My long term goal is to established a recruiting/consulting firm where I get to help numerous business and organizations recruit the right candidates and also be as a consultant which will also help reduce the country rate of unemployment.

Vo: what’s your post-study plan

Me: I will be returning to my home country to take a senior role in my workplace where I get to utilize all practical knowledge, skills and experience learnt towards the productivity of the firm. After years of doing that, I will be establishing my own recruitment/consulting firm where I get to employ professionals and reduce the rate of unemployment in the country.

Vo: how do you intend to fund your program

Me: I am being awarded a merit based scholarship which comes with a 50% tuition waiver and a graduate assistantship which come with a monthly stipend for my upkeep.

Vo: where do you work

Me: I work at xxxxx as an administrative support and my job role is to check mate staff productivity and their relation with clients. I also deal with the checks and balance of the POS machines on a weekly basis where I get to give report to the management weekly.

Vo: Do you have your study leave?

Me: Nope, I will be getting that upon acceptance of the visa.

Vo: Do you have any relative in the US

Me: No

Vo: Which country have you been to,

Me: None, I have no reason to travel
