I updated the android version on my Xiaomi Redmi note 4 from 6.0 to 7.0 version. After that I noticed that I cannot minimize application again. I need to close an app before accessing another. To navigate (switch) from one app to another

When I was filling the form from the choice of school (OOU) at the option of Jamb registration number, I mistakenly put my old Jamb reg number (for my ND) instead of the new one obtained from my Jamb DE printout slip.. which have submitted the form and have been given exam date...
