Please assuming one is mobilized with stream one but the person is unable to meet up due to some circumstances, will the person be able to go with stream two or he/she will wait till next batch.

Have you contacted the DSA yourself? Try contacting him today unfailingly, there might be a solution and try checking the dob on your jamb slip.
