to differentiate BTW d left n right ulna.. u need to first identify d landmarks of d ulna.. d olecranon process... radial notch... styloid.. tuberosity of d ulna.. etc.. u need to first knw d anterior n posterior aspect of it.. that is thrru d olecranon process.. it projects posteriorly in d proximal portion. once u have identified d anterior portion.. u shld learn d landmarks that r lateral n those medial...
a good way is d radial notch.. it lies lateral ..it is a small depression for attachment of radius. if its on ur left.. then dat is d right ulna. ..if it is on d right... then that is left ulna.
u can also use d styloid process to distinguish .

100l 1st semester courses phy101, Chm101, Bio101 Gns 101 103 105 nd phy151, will like to inform u dat each nd evry1 as his/her pattern of studyn find a tyme dat best suite u or if u d type dat can read anytyme dat berra, dnt forget u av to av a min of 50 mrks in BIO PHY nd CHM bfor u cn cross to preclinicals, make sure u du all necessary registrtn because wen d tyme of submission shall cum u wont b found wantn, u can only get enof fun in 100l, 200l upwards no b joke oo so u no wat best for u spend ya tyme wisely nd dnt forget u need GOD.
