Demaejy: The only problem with Azerbaijan is visa, it can be so frustrating and stressful to go all the way to Egypt for visa application. @azerman, do they not have consulate in Nigeria? I think they should allow turkish embassy to be incharge.

As Nigerians we have learnt to overcome obstacles from wen we were born as "NEPA/PHCN took light" then..lol.U have to kno and be involved in the process to know whether its frustrating and stressful, so for now u av not so u cant say.k

Chances depends on individuals, u are a hair dresser which is ok, comin straight to search for job wont be easy so its better do a top-up 1year program or if some skl allow u direct masters u can do that then search for jobs by the side..k

Many programs now use English (although not yet reflected on their websites)All programs in your field r in English, so no need study language

I was in Russia btw 2010 & 2011 for study before I came back to nigeria in 2011 because as a foreign student I cannt study nd work,therefore I couldn't cope.so I the value of information that u re giving out freely.
I have googled it they do not have embassy in Nigeria, dey only have in Egypt then how wil I get the visa after d admission letter.
also it possible to change school there or one need to exit to change school?

If u kno how to speak basic russian(some locals speak Russian as second language),u can start work immediately at restaurants, shopping malls etc, u kno just to get some cash to pay bills. Ya ul have to go to Egypt for d visa after d admission is out, or u can send tru some couriers that can send passport to my contact at their Embassy in Egypt..k

The one in Egypt..if cant go, i know people at their embassy their, u can send all ur docs to my contact at their embassy(can only do this if i find u trustworthy)or else its even better u go urself, then u can just fly directly from egypt when u get the visa, saves u ticket cost..it depends on u though..

Yes, but u'l have to be in skl also for that 5months to learn language like 3hours/day for 5days of d week..d remaining hours u can do ur thing e.g sightseeing, learn more about job prospects etc

Semester commence by February, April, September and October, but for international student u can come 5months before semester starts..This is to make sure u get a feel of the country and pick-up the language which will help u here.

Bro as Nigerians nothing is really basic for us anymore if u have never travelled outside the continent..The visa process u can check on previous post as i have explained..If u are on the process, be specific then i can know where to help..

Economics is good,for Agriculture and Forestry im not sure coz it's mainly reserved for their citizens.

If it had been 4years ago, there were many under $1000 even free..but now the range is $1000 - $2400 as av mentioned b4, so try find d ones within the $1000 range..Moreover, if u compare with some EU countries with no tuition but need about $6000 - $8000 financial proof or even Asian countries that charge tution of about $5000(with no part-time jobs) u can see that here is a haven to open ur eyes and progress in watever u wanna do..

How sound is their health field? From my google search, the country has only 2 medical schools in baku.

Most likely, i would need your help in dropping my document in my preferred school, since most schools there dont really respond to mail on time, as gathered from this forum.

Their health field here is superb and if people like u come here, im sure ul keep representin the good image here..ur field is really something dat can bring positive change and if u work to make dat change, they will love u even more for it(no much blacks in dat field here so u can gain a first mover advantage in that regards)..Im here if u need any assistance

As an Hnd holder, ul still need to complete about a year or one to two semester(s) to get a degree here then proceed to masters(u can move from here to ur desired place if u so wish; but im sure u gonna love it here)..av answered some of d questions u asked about work and schooling(ul need learn language for about 4months b4 u can look for work..Good for being sincere, as u r comin for survival if u ever make it here i beg u to keep our good image as this is about d only country they have no bias against us. God shall see u thorugh ur Hussle; keep hope alive and stay blessed.
