For Phd students, u have choice of some scholarship offerings here, and since many Universities here employ graduate assistance(international masters students) during there studies, u will fit in, if u wan to do phd in programs like business,engineering, sports management, diplomatic studies and journalism (which r ones im sure of)..U as a Phd student can even take up teaching english part/full time, if u have TESOL(Teaching English as a Second Official Language Certificate)which pay "very very very well" here

Construction industry is booming along with their oil and gas industry, to get formal job ul need to get a degree here and be a top student, for menial job yes that u can do for the time being and it pays well.

Av answered some questions on accomodation in previous post, u can check, cost of living here is high coz of d currency but we augment this with d good life due to job availabilty, tuition fee range is between $1000 - $2400.. Yes u can come with ur wife

for a master student,how many hours is it allowed to work,the tuition you mentioned,it per semester or per year and how easy to get entry permit,the country look like a Muslim country,hope there is freedom there

The tuition is per year, as a Phd student u are allowed to work full time so far it does not affect ur studies(research inclusive). The country is similar to Turkey..here religion is in ur heart not appearance even hijab not really allowed here. For entry permit check earlier post as av touched on d issue

In as much as I have nothing to do with Azerbaijan and I only read through post because of my interest in learning, it is so naive of you to write the way you write particularly, your stressing your knowing your bible makes it worse as you have no right whatsoever to judge people and where they live. If you have issues with his post, point it out rather than condemning. Lastly, its not about the country you schooled, its about what you can do with the education you got and how well you can defend it.

Not like middleeast weather..The weather is mostly 9C - 15C, but can drop to -3C during bad winter, its a blend of very cold and mild so that makes it easier for naija guys to adapt once they arrive..dont worry about weather, ur skin will b better for it(smooth skin..lol).Ya close to Turkey,Russia and their other regions close to Iran also.

As an Hnd holder, ul still need to complete about a year or one to two semester(s) to get a degree here then proceed to masters(u can move from here to ur desired place if u so wish; but im sure u gonna love it here)..av answered some of d questions u asked about work and schooling(ul need learn language for about 4months b4 u can look for work..Good for being sincere, as u r comin for survival if u ever make it here i beg u to keep our good image as this is about d only country they have no bias against us. God shall see u thorugh ur Hussle; keep hope alive and stay blessed.
