I received my CAS statement less than 48hours after providing my POF to the school.
ARU require your POF before they issue the CAS, so I had to wait for my POF to mature even after I have paid the tuition deposit.
You can start your POF immediately you have been given a conditional offer to avoid wasting time
Then you pay the IHS fee when filling out the visa application form, then the visa application fee
