Ride a patrol boat's gun through the Delta creeks, and hold a jungle clearing until the medevac lifts off.

I am not sure time, in this case, has legal relevance to the validity and authenticity of the affidavit. I stand to be corrected.

Rejection reasons:
Identity issue: Surname misspelled in testimonial and LGA birth certificate and affidavit for the correction of names and age declaration are too recent to support my history (weird).

The evaluator also misread the affidavit statement where it stated I had no birth certificate at birth to mean that I never had a birth certificate

LGA Marriage Cert: they couldn’t or wasn’t able to substantively verify it within the scope of document verification. Suggesting forgery/fraud.

These are bogus claims and I am yet to decide whether to appeal or not.

Anyone knows anything about appealing?

1. Try taking your testimonial or any proof you have (e.g a report card) to the ministry of education in your state for a pry sch attestation letter or statement of result if your school doesn’t exist anymore or ask your school to get one from the govt if they still exist

The first school leaving certificate is from the government and it’s different from primary school testimonial (not sure if only testimonial works, if you still have time, don’t risk it.. get the FSLC)

I don’t know if an attestation letter works in place of a FSLC, ideally it should but I can’t confirm that since I don’t know if anyone has tried that

I used only Primary School testimonial and I was able to submit my application. FSLC or testimonial should work.

I am also waiting for visa approval and for more than 8wks to date.

I applied last September and am currently in the preliminary review stage.

Unfortunately, I made an oversight error; I did not apply for ZAB earlier. A little background: I had a physical interview last year, in September (I applied using the earlier method). My blocked account funding was slightly delayed and was not ready on the day of the interview, and I tried to appeal for a few days to finalise the fund transfer, to no avail. The main cause of rejection was the blocked account, which was rightly funded a few days later.

My current bottleneck is ZAB processing time (expecting result by 22nd Aug) and I've been given until 20th July to provide it or my application will be deleted. I have met all other requirements except the ZAB. Also, I submitted a copy of the same degree on anabin, although it's not under my university's name but a similar federal university with the same curriculum and rating.

Has anyone had a similar experience? What did you do? Or have a suggestion on how to appeal for more time to get the ZAB?

I JUST GOT CALLED... 15TH SEPTEMBER APPLICANT... I AM NOT A REGULAR HERE, BUT I WOULD DO MY BEST TO UPDATE FROM TIME TO TIME.

I was also called today. Hopefully the next step comes sooner than the last one.

Any September (2025) applicant in preliminary review stage here? I joined the queue 10th September and I’ve been seeing 2-8wks on the portal since April.
