WHENEVER I CALL A FRIEND IN THE USA THE LINE WILL RING FOR A WHILE THEN ENTER VOICE MAIL. BUT MY FRIEND CAN CALL ME ANY TIME THIS ALWAYS HAPPEN WHAT DO YOU THINK IS THE PROBLEM
