Experts are highly welcomed. I am only wishing we avoid abusive words. My brothers & my sister uses tecno phones (t1, t3, n3) but we discuss together how to upgrade the phones. All in summary you will always have to compare mobile phones, then you will be left to make choices. I've never used a tecno phone not because it's tecno but because it's lacks the slide keyboard which the g2 has and i want on my phone. It's my choice.

Guy let's leave the n3 users alone so that they don't start sending abusive nukes to this thread. :-)

have you checked that of the "S-OFF" because rooting is the first step and s-off is the next and important. Pls check and post your findings.

I don't see this as a problem. Just download a bluetooth file transfer app it will solve the problem.

putting into consideration that you can't get a brand new G2. can I get a brand new battery from places SLOT and the likes?

@jarva How long does the battery last when fully charged. Give a proper detail of the battery.

Am happy someone came up with this. I was once a G1 user and now think i know everything about rooting the G1 and the 2 best custom ROMs on it. I look forward to laying my hands on the G2 which i think i've gotten a way to root and s-off but won't post about it until i've successfully tried it. Keep this thread alive.
