Met this girl (Kalabari) when I was doing my NYSC in Port Harcourt in 2002. We had a relationship, and I everything was fine b4 I left PH and the whole thing died off. Now I am married with kids to a another kalabari woman I met in Lagos. Last week this lady came to my house with my wife's senior sister (later found out she is my wife's cousin) that stays in PH. I recognised her and we were shock to see each other. I never new they are cousins and my fear is she might tell my wife, that we've dated before. Though she has gone back to PH, and my wife has not mentioned anything to me. What should I do? Some of my friends said I should tell my wife before she does, but I am scared. My wife is the HOT HOT HOT type. She doesn't want to hear about my past relationships, and if the cousin spill the beans first , anything can happen. Please advice me |

Do you have the car in Nigeria now? I want to inspect it. |
Some of you guys are hypocrites and liars, especially the men. You don't come here and yap about men beating their wife and calling them names when you don't have any solution or advice on how it could be stopped. A lot of you comment off point or just try to follow the popular trend. Some of you are not even married, so you are not qualified to post anything here. The poster is asking a question "why". Not that he or she is saying its right or wrong for men to beat up their wives. Some women can be so annoying, pestering and nutty, to the extend that they get beat up not even by men but by their fellow women. It takes the grace of GOD and a man must be very disciplined not to beat some women. How do you explain this situation: Husband and wife had an argument about something (probably money for aso ebi), wife becomes abusive, in order not to beat her, man pick up his car keys to go out but wife blocks is path, and held on to his clothes. Most men (especially newly weds) will want to hit her. It takes experience and knowing your partner well for the man not to beat her. That's why its good to have and extensive courtship period, so that you can study your partner and know some of the things that will pain him/her more than beating. I am married (over 10 years) and with 2 lovely kids. I don't beat my wife, (in fact, if I wan try am na fight e go be because she stand well, well) ![]() If my wife annoys me, or call me names, all I do is ignore her. BUT (big one) if I leave the house without her apologizing (if she wrong) that means : 1. No eating of her food that night. (Men this dey pain women o! forget all their sakara) 2. No intimate relationship for the rest of that week. (add 1+1 yourself)3. If more than 4 days, I then play the no holiday card. (it has never failed me) [NB] I will eat her food the next night o! because i don't like eating outside. (Ta ba nja bi ti ebi ko o!) Afterall na my money ![]() Sincerely, men should not beat their wives for any reason. Learn to ignore her, and get out of the house to cool down. |
This punishment is not enough. ![]() |

THE ITALIAN TOMATO GARDEN An old Italian man lived alone in the country. He wanted to dig his tomato garden, but it was very hard work as the ground was hard. His only son, Vincent, who used to help him, was in prison. The old man wrote a letter to his son and described his predicament: Dear Vincent, I am feeling pretty badly because it looks like I won't be able to plant my tomato garden this year. I'm just getting too old to be digging up a garden plot. I know if you were here my troubles would be over. I know you would be happy to dig the plot for me. Love, Dad A few days later he received a letter from his son: Dear Dad, Don't dig up that garden. That's where I buried the bodies. Love, Vinnie At 4 a.m. the next morning, FBI agents and local police arrived and dug up the entire area without finding any bodies. They apologized to the old man and left. That same day the old man received another letter from his son: Dear Dad, Go ahead and plant the tomatoes now. That's the best I could do under the circumstances. Love you, Vinnie, |
