An Infinix phone(x559) I bought not long ago suddenly developed a screen problem and I thought I could have my phone fixed for free since it is still under warranty, only to be told my phone as been water damaged. Now what I don't understand is how the hell those water get my phone and I won't know?. Of course I demanded an explanation and they told me it could be Heat or moisture. Now the question is : am I living in Iceland or oven. I've paid #12300 for the repair of the phone because I need my phone back but I'll not keep quiet because I'm very sure the fault with my phone is not caused by me or any other person(since I'm the only one using the phone). This happened today(16 Aug 2018) at Abuja calcare centre wuse zone 4.
