Try the latest version of King root, it can root even the most stubborn device.

after the previous steps, close lucky patcher. Now open your file explorer and locate a folder named lucky patcher. Open it and you'll see another folder names modified. Click on it and you'll see the modified version of pes 2012, copy it to the root of your sd card and install. But don't open it yet. Copy back the data file to Android>obb. Before opening the game. Goodluck!
