Just last month, I lost a dispute of 50k+ because AliExpress insisted that the parcels is in my local post office. But despite my several visits and even tipping some nipost staffs at my PO, the claimed package is not there.

Now the same scenario is about to play out again. Does it mean that someone is deliberately stealing my phone once it gets to Nigeria.

The buyer protection for this order which arrived Nigeria since October 7 just ended, yet it now where to be found in my local Po.

Can somebody give me some tips on how to go about the dispute. I can't afford to loose another 60k+.

Is there still chances of receiving orders made in may, June and July that has not been received.
Most of the orders are mobile phones.

Can someone confirm if any post office was burnt or vandalised in Lagos?

Umidigi a3s I bought from jumia has a faulty screen out of the box.
Unfortunately. The jumia return and refund time have elapsed before I opened the phone since it was a gift for someone.

I useto give them tips regularly anyway. They always understand when I don't give.

An August 25 order just picked up in Enugu.

2 pieces of this same phone was purchased and shipped same day. Tracking info stopped at dispatched overseas.

However, only one was received today. NIPOST keep doing wonders lately.

A June 4th order (Phone) from same store not received yet.

RN7 yes but not RN8. From the 8 series they removed band 7 which was the only MTN Band that used to be available on Chinese Variant, on the 8 series only Band 3 is usable there.

Whenever you want to buy a Chinese Version (Global ROM) it is advisable to check the LTE Bands it has and compatibility with the networks you use.

This is and absolute lie and misleading information.

Tracking website showed that the package arrived Nigeria on July 28.

1. If something comes up, then your package is with post office already and they've updated it.

2. If nothing comes up, it means:
a. Your package is yet to arrive naija
OR
b. It is already in naija but post office is yet to attend to it.
