Within 90 days, they promise to secure a job, requiring an additional 4m upon success. The agent assures the job includes an employment letter, flight ticket, and 6 months' accommodation in Finland.

I have concerns:

1. Can anyone who has done it before shed light on this process and provide clarification?
2. Is this process legitimate? Committing to it involves significant risks like burning the bridges here.
3. Considering that I may reach there and there may be no job given that they are non English speaking countries, how can I cope? Any advice is appreciated.
