if it's the panel how much would it cost to fix it. In short I'm returning the phone tomorrow as I have 7 days warranty on it.

It's UK used. I also noticed the battery drains faster in an irregular manner. Ie from 100% to 97,94,90,85,83 etc

just noticed the battery drop is irregular after charging it overnight to 100%. It dropped from 100 to 99 then to 97, and when it got to 93 it dropped to 90, 87, 84, 78, 75, 70 etc. Why is this so.😬

if iPhone is disabled then you have to reload/restore the phone with iTunes,make sure you have the iCloud details before you do that if the phone is bound to one.
