Basically i do not major on metrics, once i get maximum end users, how rich the keyword is then i can generate a good precision domain name.

I love real estate keywords and i have had a good STR with those keywords.

My advice: the model above is just what works for me and they are subject to change the more i explore in this domain field.
Thanks

thanks a million boss, advice taken.

Thank you bruh. Yes i use moz rank and some other related metrics.

pls which of these 2 give accurate results, websiteseochecker//com or dapachecker//org.

Also,I noticed the CustomSignsLA has 55% spam score on dapachecker yet it sold. Does it mean these metics don't matter?

I saw a domain waterstoneapartments (.) com on expireddomains(.) net few minutes ago, just to register it my card transaction was declined. Two seconds later I checked the name again only todiscover that some other person has registered the name. May be I've exhausted my monthly limits. Something really need to be done about the dollar issues. Painful but we move.

I'm curious, why not go for a city, seeing as waterstone is in a county in Virginia which is a city .

How about the note pad app on an iPhone?

depends if you don't click on links with malware. Best to keep your seed offline IMO.

The problem wasn't the play, the problem was that the wallet was hacked. I took every precaution possible cause I had seen people's wallet get hacked even after taking every precaution. Didn't even connect the wallet online cause if this, but it happened.

Oh and yes it's $100k not naira.

Life goes on really, will definitely recover from it.

chief you could have gotten a ledger with this kind of $$$ in your port. Sorry for the loss though.

what if I have mine in my email?

delete the email and the BIN, and never store your seed phrase online. WRITE it on a sheet of paper or get a ledger device.

I don't even know how it happened, the only way to access my seed phrase is through my Google drive and I don't have the trust wallet app on my phone.

never store your seed phrase online, you caused it. Write it on a sheet of paper or get a ledger .

Hello,

Do you mind sharing how this works? From getting a crypto acct and buying a domain. Thanks

if you are not already into crypto, it might be complicated. Download binance or kucoin app. Buy usdt from any trusted seller and send it to any of the apps above. Then buy ethereum with the usdt in your binance account. Transfer the ethereum to an external wallet like metamask. U can then buy the domain using crypto on epik.

NB: in my own case, I already had Eth in the wallet.

Modified: I suspect it's because I didn't add my middle name to the Payoneer acct. I've contacted them though. Thanks.

pls what did you use to open the payoneer account?

Mohit007 I've got a very tight link in the presidency for next year's recruitment. If you are to make a choice if given the opportunity, what agency would you pick and why . I'm thinking of going for NFIU, NCC, NIRSAL or a top department under ministry of petroleum(NUPRC formerly DPR).

Ps: do you have any info about NSITF
