Every man is polygamous naturally. We are just limited by lack of funds in this part of the world cos women respond to money.
Eventually, some men outgrow the polygamous nature but most men never outgrow it.

Tell him to try shifting to natural things.
He can try soaking cloves in water or soaking moringa in alcohol or tigernut drink or weed brownies or something else. There are different natural solutions online. Eventually he would find one or two that is perfect for him and he can rotate using them.
Personal I use tigernut drink and I can stand weed brownies. I have had bad experience with soaking moringa in dry gin. I almost lost my life.
