Krayola: Tupac is in NO WAY the best rapper that has ever stepped on the planet, and he is dead. I love him, am a huge fan, but disagree that he is the best rapper ever. Maybe the most influential, and has the most intriguing personality, but not the best rapper.tupac is the best whether u like it or not.check am now. |
