I was born and brought up here in Aba and i agree with you totally,to save the city residents need to change their behaviour,for eg,somebody will get to a dustbin which d govt installed in some areas instead of throwing dirt inside he prefers to dump it on the ground,u will see people throwing trash from moving vehicles when all buses have sanitary buckets.and i must add the govt is not doing enough to save the situation.
